Added new stages, weather changes, and made it flow a little smoother

Build 15: [6 updates]
■ swap locations of restart (to be on Right thumb side) with the return to main menu button
■ make the how to play image popup/appear before the first run only
■ make the flip card “touch-space” on top of the card as well so they can flip the card by tapping
■ make weather change randomly during the stage
